- Cherry tomatoes
- Mashumashu salted cheese
- Cut cherry tomatoes into half, chop Basil, add a bit of garlic.
- You may add pine nuts, olives and everything you like.
- On top scatter grated 5% salted Mashumashu cheese.
- Spice with qualitative olive oil, salt and a bit of pepper.
- Mix all together.
